Content on this site — including product listings, harvest windows, and documentation samples — is provided for general information. It does not constitute an offer to sell. All commercial terms are set exclusively by formal written quotation and contract.
2. Quotations
- Quotations are issued within 5–7 business days of a complete enquiry and are priced by Incoterm (FOB / CIF / DAP).
- Quotations are typically valid for ~2 weeks, as stated on each quotation. Because stock may be purchased by others, prices cannot be guaranteed after expiry.
- Product availability is seasonal and confirmed at quotation.
3. Testing, samples & inspection
Every batch ships with a producer specification and Certificate of Analysis. Additional third-party testing or inspection (e.g. SGS) is welcomed on any order; such costs are borne by the buyer and itemised in the quotation. Samples are provided case-by-case for serious buyers.
4. No health claims
Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product information is educational only. Buyers are responsible for compliance with the food and labelling laws of their own market; we support this with full export documentation.
5. Order tracking
PO tracking is provided as a courtesy service. Milestone dates (including vessel ETAs) are estimates supplied by carriers and may change; the contract and shipping documents remain the authoritative record.
6. Intellectual property
The Nova Nature name, mark and site content belong to Nova Nature / ZAM Management Consultant FZE LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Governing terms
Commercial disputes are governed by the terms of the signed contract for each order. [Jurisdiction clause to be finalised with legal counsel before launch.]
