Nova Nature ("we"), operated by ZAM Management Consultant FZE LLC, respects the privacy of every visitor and buyer. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how it is used.
What we collect
- Quote and contact enquiries: the business and contact details you submit through our forms or chat (business name, country, products of interest, name, email, phone/WhatsApp).
- Order tracking: PO numbers and access codes are used only to display the status of your own order.
- No advertising cookies: this site does not run advertising trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on Vercel; both may process standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) to deliver the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare your quotation — this is the only reason we ask.
- Enquiries are delivered to our trade desk by email and logged in our customer records so we can follow up properly.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the business relationship. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete your details — email aminnasserhassan@gmail.com (interim — domain email at launch) and we will act within 30 days. We aim to meet the requirements of PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR (EU) and comparable privacy laws in the markets we serve.
