Are you a direct exporter or a middleman?
Direct. Nova Nature holds its own Egyptian export licence and ships as exporter of record, operated by ZAM Management Consultant FZE LLC. You contract with one accountable party, from farm to port.
What documentation comes with a shipment?
Every shipment carries a Certificate of Analysis (per batch), phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list — verified before loading. Sample documents are downloadable on this page so you can review the standard before committing.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes — case-by-case for serious buyers. Typically ~1 kg by courier once you've shortlisted the two or three products you'd evaluate.
What are your minimum order quantities?
We ship by the container: 1×20 ft or 1×40 ft. One importer per container, but you can mix as many products as you like — and filling the container lowers your per-unit cost.
Organic? Irradiated? Moisture spec?
Both organic and conventional are available. Irradiated / non-irradiated and hydrated / non-hydrated are specified per order — tell us your market's requirement and we source to it.
How does pricing work?
By formal quotation only — priced per Incoterm (FOB / CIF / DAP) within 5–7 days, valid ~2 weeks. Products are seasonal; quotes reflect current harvest availability.
Which oil grades and extraction methods do you supply?
Three, matched to your application: steam-distilled essential oils (100% natural — cosmetics, aromatherapy, pharma, food flavouring), cold-pressed / mechanical fixed oils (no solvents — skin & hair care, pharma, food), and solvent-extracted grades (industrial, fragrance and chemical formulations). Intended use, grade and extraction method significantly affect spec and price — the quote form asks exactly these questions so we can recommend the right one.
Can I test the goods independently?
Welcomed on any order — SGS or the accredited lab of your choice, at buyer's cost. We'd rather you verify than take our word for it.
